1. Terms and conditions for returns
The time limit for exchanging purchased items is 15 days from the date of shipment.
The exchanged item must be 100% new, unused, with original labels, original boxes, accessories, warranty cards and accompanying gifts (if any). We do not exchange used or activated warranty items.
The total value of the items to be exchanged must be equivalent to the returned item. We do not refund the excess if the new product has a lower value than the purchased product.
If the product is defective, you must notify us within 15 days from the date of shipment.
We are committed to promptly replacing the product immediately for the customer. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the money without any requirements in this case. We do not support returns for online vouchers or products in promotional programs.
Shipping charges will be refunded in case the goods sold are incorrect, defective or damaged.
Please make sure that the product you request to exchange/return meets the above product exchange/return conditions.
2. Product exchange/return process
Step 1: Customers contact the store or hotline: hotline 0979588993 or leave a message in the Contact section to request product exchange/return, we will guide you on how to exchange/return the product. If the customer's product exchange/return process is valid.
Step 2: Customers send the product to us for receipt according to the instructions above, either at the store or by post for products purchased online.
Step 3: We receive the product and check the product.
Step 4: We send the product to the Supplier to proceed with the exchange/return.
Step 5: Customers receive a replacement product or receive a refund.
Steps to exchange/return products:
Step 1: Register.
Contact us via hotline 0979588993 or send email htxraucuquavantra@gmail.com and provide detailed information about the defective product including:
– Order number;
– Product name;
– Product defect (detailed description and attached photo if available);
– Need support: exchange/return.
Step 2: Receive instructions on registering to exchange/return products or email instructions.
Step 3: Pack and bring the product to the Post Office.
Step 4: Send the product to the dormitory.
Please send the product via Post Office to the Cooperative within 03 (three) working days from the date of notification to the customer service department and attach:
- Sales invoice or attached note with order code;
- Value added tax invoice (if any);
- Accessories accompanying the product and accompanying promotional gifts (if any).
Some notes when sending products to the post office:
1. Pack and line the product as it was originally, but do not seal the surface of the box before completing the shipping process because the post office may need to check before receiving the goods from the customer.
2. Note that do not stick tape directly on the product box because the request for exchange/return may be rejected if the product box is damaged.
3. Contact Hotline: 0979588993 (8am - 9pm) when any difficulties occur during the product delivery process. Send the goods to the HTX according to the address provided by the customer care staff.
Note: Customers are requested to send the product by post only and are responsible for the intact condition of the product upon return.
After receiving the product sent by the Customer, we will respond and update information on each processing stage to the Customer via phone number or email.
3. Frequently asked questions
I have purchased an item and am not satisfied with it. Can I return it?
The exchange period for items is 15 days from the date of shipment. The item must be 100% new, unused and with the original label. We do not allow the exchange of used items.
I have placed an order and now want to cancel it. What should I do?
Please notify us at 0979588993 or leave a message in the Contact section, we will cancel the order for you.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with the product I received?
- If the product has a technical defect, you need to notify us via hotline 0979588993, email: htxraucuquavantra@gmail.com or chat with the sales staff on the website within 15 days from the date of sale. We commit to refund without any requirements in this case.
- The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. Please contact our customer service department before returning the goods as we need to arrange a refund and notify the method of returning the product.
- The delivery fee will be refunded in case the goods sold are incorrect, have technical defects or are damaged during the shipping process.
